Responsible for Delivering Fee Income and Cross Sell Attachment along with Home Loan Business |
Guide, take training session on Sales process, strategies, and incentive scheme. Ensuring that the end person should be clearly aware, understanding the scheme and working hard to achieve the same. |
Clear and honest deal with intact integrity , should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction |
Motivate team towards customer service and satisfaction |
Maintaining good and decent behaviour while dealing with the customer, visiting his property, shop, godown as and when required – as per visiting authority |
Conducting the customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity – so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered, or no defamation should be there . Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information of the existing / new clients with any ( existing / prospective clients ) or to anybody outside company. |
