Paritosh Sinha

Mr. Paritosh Sinha is an experienced banker having spent 20 years in Leadership Roles in Retail Banking & Wealth Management and having excelled in the areas of Retail Branch Banking, Insurance, Trading strategies and investment products. During his successful stint with Leading Banks and Investment Companies – HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Securities he has been exceptional in identifying meritorious talent, nurturing large teams and including strong capabilities and Skills across Roles and territories.

After a successful and satisfying corporate career, he has directed his energies and passion towards an ambitious goal of setting up a one-of-a-kind training institution, which aims at Capability Building and training the next generation of sales-enthusiasts.

Mandar Kadam

Mandar Kadam is an experienced banker with 21 years in retail branch banking with more than 17 years in leadership roles. He has expertise in building branch network and large teams across geographies and has done it successfully for leading banks like HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank.

Amitabh Chattoraj

Mr Amitabh Chattoraj, is a veteran Banker and Financial Trainer for over 4 decades and has several accolades to his credit. He is a luminary in the BFSI Training industry and is known for delivering engaging sessions.

He is an accomplished management consultant with core competencies of stimulating professional performance amongst his trainees.

Sarvesh Sharma

Mr. Sarvesh Sharma is a prolific Banker with over 18 years of rich Banking and Finance experience, specializing in Business Development (Assets & Liabilities), Credit & Risk Assessment, Client Relationship Management and Nurturing Talent across various Geographies in Maharashtra and India.

Proficient in Planning and implementing strategies for Market Penetration and building a Quality Portfolio with a strong emphasis on risk management.

After utilising his deep-rooted skills & experience in his area of expertise, he has endeavoured to create a Socio-Economic Enterprise with the objective of empowering the Youth with focused Learning opportunities, while enabling Corporations to deploy young professionals with effective Skills with long term career perspective.

Vishal Kasbey

Vishal Kasbey Is a seasoned banker with over 23 years of experience working with large banks like Times Bank, GTB, ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, HDFC, ICICI, & Yes Bank. Starting his career as an auditor, up to senior leadership role, his journey involved operations, sales & auditing, working with various departments such as Retail, Wholesale, Business, Forex and CMS. He also has a good experience of working closely with the RBI for money exchange, new currency, remittance, currency chest and customer escalations resolution.
