Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Ensure active management of clients & achieve the target active AUM
  • Identifying customer needs, assessing risk appetite & providing them investment options,
  • Updates to the clients regarding the market changes & subsequent changes to the portfolio,
  • Achieve revenues without compromising on clients profitability,
  • Clear focus on client mining, Client Meetings & update meeting tracker,
  • Attain max reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated, understanding Annual reports,
  • New client acquisition, build new relationships & increasing depth in existing relationships
  • Sell Third party products,
  • Keep abreast of the market news.

Skills and Knowledge 

  • Strong understanding on the equity business,
  • Prior experience with HNI and Corporate clients is mandatory,
  • Self-driven with passion for financial markets,
  • Should have good communication & presentation skills
