Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Ensure active management of clients & achieve the target active AUM
- Identifying customer needs, assessing risk appetite & providing them investment options,
- Updates to the clients regarding the market changes & subsequent changes to the portfolio,
- Achieve revenues without compromising on clients profitability,
- Clear focus on client mining, Client Meetings & update meeting tracker,
- Attain max reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated, understanding Annual reports,
- New client acquisition, build new relationships & increasing depth in existing relationships
- Sell Third party products,
- Keep abreast of the market news.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding on the equity business,
- Prior experience with HNI and Corporate clients is mandatory,
- Self-driven with passion for financial markets,
- Should have good communication & presentation skills
