Team Manager – Telesales for Lead Generation
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager for our telesales department focused on lead generation within our coaching institute.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve lead generation targets and objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages high performance and goal achievement.
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, campaigns, and scripts to maximize results.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine telesales approaches and optimize lead conversion rates.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor and assess individual and team performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Regularly review sales data and call analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance lead generation processes for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless lead handoffs to the sales team.
Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a successful telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
