SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1.Proven Customer Support Experience.
2.Strong Communication, comprehension and presentation skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
4. Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in chat/email process
5.Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
6. Candidates from broking industry are preferred.
