They are typically responsible for all the servicing walkin customers in the Branch. They need liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting the Walk Customer at the Branch
Ensuring customers queries are resolved with a positive CSAT Score
Coordinating with internal departments and getting the customers query resolved
Helping Customers with Account Opening formalities
Attending to customer calls in the Branch and resolving their queries.
Requirements and Skills:
Polite and Humble
Good Communication Skills – Oral and Written
Strong analytical skill
Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
Prior branch service experience is needed
Mandatory Previous experience : Aviation, Hospitality & Real Estate – Candidates who have physically managed customers and have dealt with customer experience
