The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes:
- Day Shift
- Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
- Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
- Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
- Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

Fixed Salary + Incentives + Rewards

Salary: 17K Inhand
Education Qualification: – - Graduates (in any stream) & Post graduates in management.
