Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff. Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid on which work is going on.
Ensuring all deadlines are met.
Researching current and future market trends and conducting competitor analysis
Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.
Working with key members of the project team, Technical & delivery team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid
Conducting team briefings who will carry out the project work once bids have been secured
